Our team has a 90% success rate in pulling data from non-physically damaged hard drives and restoring it to the media of your choice (another hard drive, CD, DVD). The other 10% of damaged drives results from damaged controller boards and/or internal mechanisms and require recovery in a clean-room environment. Though this method is 99% successful, it is quite costly and cannot guarantee the integrity of all files and is therefore treated on a case-by-case basis.
